The weld on the axel has been absolutely obliterated... Now I'm lost on what I should do, just have someone try and straiten it out and weld it back on or get new brackets fabed and get new adjustable lcas... Any ideas?

Does anyone make a replacement bracket?

I think your best bet would be getting new mounts fabricated and welded in place. The integrity of your factory mounts has been compromised, I wouldn't reuse them.

Cut the old brackets off, grind everything clean, and weld on new ones

Rock Krawler has fron LCA mounts as well as LCA's.

We would either go with the those mounts or the Synergy mounts and the Rock Krawler LCA's. Either way it would be a much better set up.

PM us for a quote.

yeah go with new weld on mounts and some arms with flex joints to relieve stress from the mounts.

As mentioned install a HD one.

Rusty's Control Arms - JK Heavy Duty Lower Axle Mounts - Brackets & Mounts - Builder Parts

Our new replacement mounts are made of 1/4" thick laser-cut steel that is then CNC formed for an exact fit. These mounts accept both factory and any aftermarket control arm and are designed to weld on the Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles used under 2007-current JKs.

Also note the most likely cause of this was the control arm bolts weren't torqued to 125ft lbs. When the bolts are loose the control arm acts like an air impact hammer beating the crap out of the mount until it breaks off (very effective). Check the torque on the rest of the control arms after you weld up new mounts.
