Default Fabrication shop Tire Carrier/Bumper for a good price

Noticed my Tailgate spot welds starting to separate, so I guess I've limped it along long enough. I'll need to get the tire off the tailgate.

I've been researching tire carriers, saw the Teraflex brace/tire carrier, but at 700 dollars, I'm hoping I can find a bumper/tire carrier.

I've seen Rancho has one around 500, Olympic 4x4 mid 500's.

Here's my question... Anyone know of any smaller fab shops that would have a tire carrier for less than 500? I'd imagine some of the smaller fab shops may be trying to get their name out and offering tire carriers at pricing that's at least a little better than the big name brands.

Also open to used ones if someone is looking for a reason to get rid of theirs!

RAZR sharp performance in Sparta made this for me hell of a lot cheaper than a carrier had to tweek a few things but it was the first one he ever made. I love it and didn't loose as much space as one might think

That's pretty trick! I like the look it has with your top off.

I forgot to me mention, my problem is I have a 2 Dr... I barely have enough room to store my T-tops. Haha... If I had a 4 door. I'd figure out a way to keep it inside. This is becoming a headache.

JCR sells a nice spindle assembly. Shouldn't be hard to build a bumper/carrier with that.

That's good to know! I know the in-laws have a shop with welder and probably all the steel I could need. Definitely an option. I hadn't strongly considered.

That's a sweet setup. I've seen bestop's stuff around online. If you don't mind me asking, how much did the bumper/tire carrier run you?

I got the bumper/tire carrier package with free shipping for $800 total. Worth every penny for my use. Includes powdercoating, hi lift jack mount, cb mount and third brake light kit.
