I used a sawz all with a small blade, came off pretty easy. Then you drill out the holes on the pinch seem, dont remember the size of drill but the directions will say. I also used a car jack to hold up the rails to bolt them on. Once i did the first side the other was even easier. Their great sliders, and work well as a step.

I used a dremel and metal cutting wheel on mine. i got the 20 pack cuz i know i would break them all the time. i broke 4 doing it but 2 was cuz i dropped it haha. Ill try to get some pics from under @ the weld nut.

well i finally got these put on

but ill tell ya, it took me just about all day to get the first one one. then the second was done in about an hour. i think the 2011 is slightly different than the 07-10. None of the holes seems to line up. anyway, they're on and im loving it!
