OR FAB Carrier + Cargo Basket
Do they make a solution? Can't find anything searched twice. Nothing on the MFG Website and Quadratec has a HighRock but it appears to be made for the Stock setup. Any information would be great.

You would need a cargo carrier that mounts above the tire. The OR-FAB tire carrier pushes the spare too far back to use a hitch mount cargo carrier.

I could put in my hitch extender but plan on using that for my Mtn. Bike Carrier. Maybe a dual receiver??

I simply use a hitch extender for a hitch mounted cargo carrier for extra gear.
EDIT: Just realized you plan to carry bikes with your hitch. My bad. What are you trying to utilize the carrier for exactly? Bags? Fuel?

It's not the Thule Spare Me. I cannot remember the names now but if you google something like spare tire mounted bike carriers they should come up. I'm planning to buy one since I also have the Or-Fab carrier.
