Hey guys I'm buying a new set of tires. I'm getting a set of Goodyear Duratrac 285/75R16. I've looked around and there pretty pricey. The cheapest I've found them was tirerack at about 233 a tire which is MUCH less than the local shops around Kansas city. Set of 4 under 1g before tax and about 150 in shipping. Seems like a good deal. Anyone used tirerack before had good experiences bad ? Wanted to make sure before I spent that much money for something that big. Thanks !

 

Have you tried discount tire direct. You might be able to get them to price match

i have no expierance with them and off road tires, but ive used them a few times for just tires for my cars and one time bought wheels from them and they were mounted and balanced perfectly....the local shop i deals with usually orderes from them for a good deal and thats who i go through if not discount tire direct

This is great thanks guys I think I'm going with them. There going on my stock 16s so aside from the cost to mount and balance them I should get a pretty good deal. Hoping that tax doesn't kill me

 

I used Tiretack twice for a full set of tires. They have good prices, reasonable shipping and they are FAST. Both times I got the tires to the door within 2 or 3 days. Plus great customer service. I had aftermarket wheels on my wifes Camry and when I ordered tires that were a different size then factory a sales rep called me just to verify that I had the right size before they processed the order.
