It is time to replace the rear bumper and like so many people I am down to 2 choices: Expedition One and LOD. I like the Expedition One but there is one possible issue, I have never seen a pic of one with a hi-lift.

If you have this combo can you post a pic?

Rear bumper is designed to utilize the stock receiver hitch and comes standard with CB antenna mount. Options to add the Expedition One™ Geri™can mount and hi-lift mount as an additional purchase are coming soon.


That is quoted directly from their website. So at the moment NO you can not mount the hi-lift to the bumper. But in the future YES you can. I don't know how the long the wait is but I don't see why calling them with the question will hurt.

 

Here is a picture of the E-1 high lift set up. It's the best picture I have right now. It's basically a heavy duty clamp with 6 bolts. It could be fabricated/ welded.
I like it over some others since it does not add height.

Someone on here just posted pics of his new one in the show and tell. And it had all the new changes to it when he got it in the mail. Looks good. It started changing my mind to cancel out waiting for the Shrockworks.

 

HiLift carrier should be out by the end of the year per an e-mail I got from Expedition One.


Why is everyone so gaga over Schrockworks? It sounds like thier customer support is horrible. I know people who've been waiting MONTHS for thier bumper.
