Light, real light. I'd estimate 20lbs including the steel back plate.

If I remember correctly, there was a post about bumper weights with all the common manufacturers products. At the top, it listed the stock front and rear bumper weights. I vaguely remember the front one being a bit heavier than you would think. Like 32 lbs or something, mainly because of that back plate and the tow hooks.

The Expo One DX with wings altogether is maybe 30? And as someone mentioned, it won't take the hit that some of the other bumpers out there will. But for a fourth of the weight, I'll take the sacrifice.
