Exhaust Manifold...Problem for many!!

I'm sure they haven't but so many people have this issue it seems. Exhaust manifolds shouldn't have multiple cracks after just 50,000 miles. They need to fix this sort of stuff (obviously a poor part or design) for free I think, but in reality they won't.

has anyone done a wright-up on replacing the Exhaust manifold and gasket ? it would sure be nice to get mine done.. it starts to throw codes when it gets cold outside plus i am starting to smell the exhaust when i first start it up....... thanks

I'll be taking my Jeep in pretty soon to have my driver's side exhaust leak looked and and hopefully fixed under warranty. I purchased my Jeep with the lifetime powertrain warranty, so I'm hopeful it will be covered.

Exhaust manifold crack
I know this is a old thread but didnt see another , i have a 2008 Wrangler jk and have a driverside manifold crack and need replaced. Has anyone found a good factory replacement that wont break the bank ? Thanks

Dorman manifolds come with everything you need and they have a 10yr warranty. Doing the swap sucks but if I've got a 10yr warranty then I certainly feel better about bolting them on.
