Default Exhaust Leak

I have just installed a new exhaust in between the front and rear axle. at the end of the exhaust I put on the part that bends up and over the rear axle. I muffler clamped it on but condensation is dripping out from each end. I can also hear exhaust air barely leaking out. I bought some muffler sealing tape and epoxy to wrap each end then re clamp. My question is should I drill a small hole on each side to let the condensation out?

how did the muffler sealing tape work for you? I am having a similar issue with my exhaust where I can feel/hear air leaking from one of the clamp connections. makes it sound like my jeep is wheezing
