It sounds nice and deep. Best of all it only cost $40 and looks well done. I am sure if we play with the tip length and proper resonator we can pull a few more ponies out of it. But since I was just after a bit more sound and my ass dyno tells me it reved a bit more freely, me thinks losing that restrictive hunk of trash on the end of the pipe was the answer to cheap cat back.
I run the same thing. It's actually a cherry bomb glass pack. Auto Zone for about $40. I cut exhaust pipe just before rear axle leaving enough room for the glass pak. attached glass pack to exhaust pipe with U bolts then attached a down pipe exhaust tip at the other end of the glass pak. Sounds awesome, breathes better and it was only $40.

Dynomax all the way. Have had their rock crawler setups on both my JKs and loved how they sound.

Gas mileage gains will be minimal with any system you go with.
One of the great things about ours is the ease of install and not needing to relocate the EVAP.
Also the 90 day Sound and Performance Guarantee.
Check out these pics of the various system we offer the JK platform.

I have corsa db, goes on easy, nice sound, although all the gurgling and poping took some getting used to.flattens out nicely when cruising, so very little drone. Wakes right up when you get on the pedal.

I'll approach this a little differently.

Don't buy any exhaust that uses 3" pipe, 2.5" is plenty.

Don't buy an exhaust with dual exits, it reduces exhaust velocity and low end torque.

I agree, I lost some low end torque with the corsa. I mean it feels like I did a little, never had it confirmed, but you can tell. I'm hoping a new free flow intake might make up for that though??

I just did a dynomax 6" round and dumped it before the axle. No drone and a great sound. Hard to beat a $70 muffler and some welding.
