Hello everyone just had a quick question hopefully someone can answer it for me. What size drill bit should i use for the nutserts that come with the rock corners? I received my rock skins but no instructions and i can't seem to find this info any where and luck hearing from off road evolution.

I would measure the nutsert and drop down a size drill bit. You want them to fit slightly snug. And if it doesn't fit you can make the hole a little larger.

While the skins are on the jeep, drill using a 5/16. Remove the skins, and open up the holes using either a 25/64 or a 3/8. I just got done with this install a few weeks ago and can help out if you need more info.

Mine should be here thursday or friday, i will be tackling the install over the weekend. a friend is bringing me a industrial riv-nut install tool from his work, so that should make it a lil easier. my question is, how much work do you have to do to the skins to make them fit as close as possible to the body?

Get some ratchet straps and vice grip clamps to help with the install. you definatly need to work them to hug the side of the jeep
