EVo Drag link flip in, issue adjusting toe-in
Hhi All,
Just installed my EVO Drag link flip kit on my 10 Unlimited with 4" lift. Had no problem centering axle with my JKS adjustable trackbar. Some issues with centering wheel as the threads inside the coupler were a bit nasty, but took it off and cleaned um up and all is good. But...I can't for the life of me get the adjuster on the tierod to budge. Loosened the clamp, soaked it with PB Blaster, still no go, even with a pipe wrench. Looks like my toe in is off by 3/8ths as the front of the tire is 1/2" closer than the rear. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance,
DonC

Heat Heat Heat. More PB Blaster. Drink Beer. Repeat until joint comes off.
Couple of good whacks with a hammer never hurt either.
Also, be careful not to catch the tie rod end on fire.
Make sure you are working on the driver side end, passenger is crimped in place.
