Anyone out there running this kit (with coil springs, not coilover). If you are I need some help. I need front lower control arm lengths and upper control arm lengths if you could help a brother out. Having trouble dialing mine in. Thanks

Jeep in question is 07-09 Non-rubicon JKU. I'm running 4" coils.

Also, I have a copy of the instructions and they give the lengths, but I'm having some issues so I'm interested in seeing what other's control arm measurements are.

For the front all four of my control arms are at dialed all the way in, no extension. I found this to be the best ride for my 2dr. I got the 4" springs as well. If you need the exact lengths I can crawl underneath tomorrow.

I installed it last year by myself in a garage with a floor jack and six jack stands. It was... interesting. I hope this helps.

 

So you're saying both uppers and both lowers are fully screwed in? How do your coils look? Do they have any bind (or bow) to them? Do you know what your caster is? Thanks

 

Dont you also have a Prorock 44 unlimited?

 

I have a stock rubicon 44. No bind in the coils, and my caster is 5.5 degrees-ish. I just took pictures.

r3cluse. Do you mind checking one more thing for me. Can you measure the length of your lower arms, center of front bolt to center of rear bolt. This would help out a lot. Thank you.

 

Lower, it looks like 34 1/8". Upper will be a little harder to get to, plus the mosquitoes are eating me alive. :P

The measurements are a starting point to get them in,after that set your pinion first then work on caster
