This is a tuff one as everyone has there different opinions and science behind it. If you have the money go long arm and be done. But for the 4doors mid arms work great. Currently im running a Frankenstein 3 link long arm. If i were to start over I would probably get a nice set of mid arms. If you do decide to go mid arms Currie or Metalcloak make very nice joints, but you can go with whoever. Rock Krawler is also nice but i think you have to do some modding to the rear.

With mid arms you save some money, can go coilovers in the rear to tune it the way its best for you, and install the mid arms in your garage over the weekend. You can always upgrade to long arms if you feel you want more stability in the rocks and go fast trough the dirt, and you could essentially sell your mid arms. The nice thing is you would really only need to do a long arm upgrade kit with just the brackets and arms since you will most likely have everything already on your rig that you need for 4.5 lift.

This is just my opinion of course, and I hope it helps in your decision.

He is running 37's and likes the ride height because he can stuff the wheels at any corner.

Can you explain how ride height has anything to do with stuffing the tires??
