Default EVO 1/4 pounder

Im getting ready to order this bumper for my '12 JKUR....I was wondering how the install was on them? Is there going to be a lot of cutting and grinding? Does it come with the relocation bracket for vacuum pump? Etc..

Thanks!

Yeah I had to trim the crash bar a little to install my Orfab stubby so it needed for most bumpers. it can be done with a dremal or a angle grinder it took 10 min max hit with some paint afterwords you would never know it was done.

Depending on the bumper you may have to relocate the vacuum canister kits are only ~25 bucks or so.

I picked one up last week for my 2010. You chop the crash bar completely off and flip the swaybar motor up. Don't know about the vacuum pump.

are you doing the stinger too? don't skimp on cutting the cross member, and don't forget to repaint it! I think for just installing the bumper itself, it might not be too bad, it was installing the stinger with it that sucked, theres just zero room for tolerance on the holes, so it made for a very tight bit of fitting. those damn spacer plates just were not fun to work with, since you have to plop them on, slide everything on, and hope it was lined up right. if not, remove and try again! since its heavy as hell, just made for a long, heavy install

Bumper for now, adding the stinger in a month or so. Looks like the Stinger will be fun.
