Default evap canister skidplate -

I tried a search, but could not find a comparison.... So, honest opinions..evap canister skidplate. Rockhard 4x4, or Skid Row Offroad? The skidrow looked pretty darn close to the driveshaft, but it may have just been the angle of the picture. I do not want to do the relocation kit, so of the skidplates available what is the better quality? opinions and/or pics appreciated.

Get the woods relocation kit, take 20 minutes... Move it out of the way and forget about it

Woods relocation kit.

Out of the way, and money for something else, like a nice cold 6 pack.

Really like the Rock Hard. Added bonus is it tends to block trail hazards that might otherwise jam up behind the axle. It also offers a little more protection for the drivshaft and exhaust. Doesn't cover them, but protects a bit more from larger rocks. Anything that would have taken out the unprotected evap canister is now blocked from even getting that far.

2 cents.

I just installed the Kilby relo kit and I'm glad I did, but I would otherwise have gotten the Rock Hard skid plate, mainly because it's one-piece (welded) versus the bolt-together design of the Skid Row.

Go for the Rockhard - nice quality, easy install. There are no clearance issues on mine.
