Euro Bumper and Euro Taillights?

Euro Bumper and Euro Taillights?
Has anyone added these to their JK? I want rear fog lights in the bumpers and would dig having yellow turn signals in the rear. I know the Euro Tailights have a different housing since the blinker and brake light cannot be shared by the same bulb. Anyone do this yet? What needs to be done?

The program needs to be changed in the computer to make the seperate amber turn signal work.
I have done this on other cars but the only workaround for the jk is to connect front signal to the rear.
Im Still looking for a workaround.
