ESP problems after lift
I lifted my jeep the other day (3.5" rough country) and it was fine for a few days with the stock tires.
But tonight...after getting the 35's on it...I was exiting the hiway near my house and about 3/4 of the way around the big cloverleaf ESP kicked in.
I have centered my steering wheel but it's just a hair off...like minimal...I would say a degree or two...
Any idea what could be causing this?
And how can I fix it?

And your axles need to be centered, too.

I just went through the same thing. It would only come on when I took right hand corners fast. Once I got the wheel and axles perfectly centered it got better BUT it did not completely go away. I ended up doing the steering wheel dance to permanetly shut off the ESP. Maybe you'll have better luck than me but getting the steering wheel and axle dead on is key.

mine gave me problems in the turns at first but after awhile it went away. then when i rotated my tires it acted up again, but then went away.... so maybe just let the tires ware in some.

This WAS a right hand corner.
I'll try to perfect my steering wheel centering...but I can't believe it would be so sensitive that a single degree (of 360) would be enough to cause it to act up.

having your steering wheel dead center is important as otherwise, your esp system will think you are going into a slide. another thing you should look at is how much air you have in your tires. if you have too much, this can aggrevate things especially when pulling onto a cloverleaf.
