ESP issues
So I installed a lift, gears, and tires. Now I am having a interesting issue with my esp system. When going on a interchange or a on/off ramp that does the full circle; about halfway through my ESP triggers and power starts shifting tire to tire. Any clues to this? Here is my set up:
Full Traction 4" lift
5.13 gears
17" Pro Comp rims
37" BFG's
Shrockworks stubby front bumper w/ Smittybuilt 8k winch
Thx

I would make sure none of the wire got stretched or disrupted during the install. Also check your steering wheel. The sensor for the ESP is very sensitive to the steering wheel alignment. Just a hair off and it acts up.

Ok the real prob is the speedo is not calibrated to the new wheel size so when you go around any sorta corner it thinks you've gone in to the corner to fast so it will correct itself . Also if you hit any kind of major bump it thinks its going faster and it will try and correct itself once again. To correct this issue either recalibrate the speedo or have it turned off by either going to dealer , programmer or doing it yourself by doing the hokie pookie dance with the key, shifter, and steering wheel - which I might add is a pain in the ass.

You need to center the sterring wheel, not kinda of but exactly. Since you have a auto you need to get a Procal or a Flashpaq to calibrate your speedo and correct the shift points.
