I had an issue with my vehicle, and had to weld a bracket to my axle again. I niw have the traction control light and ESP BAS light. Is it safe to drive the vehicle like this? Attached are some pictures.

Do you have pics from a little further away? Is that the trac bar mount?

Yes it is, I don't, that has been fixed, the issue came after we rewelded the pieces back on.

Is your steering wheel still centered?

and if your steering wheel is centered, did you try to reset the computer by disconnecting and then reconnecting the battery?

and it might not go away right away. These lights came on for me after a wheeling trip. My steering wheel was not centered. I re-centered the wheel, and reconnected the battery and the lights were still on. I drove it around for a day or two and then realized the lights were gone. Not sure when they went off but it was not immediately. So don't get frustrated if they don't go off right away.

it takes like 10 miles to reset after centering the steering wheel if i recall...i believe it can also be caused by a wheel speed sensor.

Well then that would be why it randomly turned off one day. Thanks for the info.

These lights can be caused by a problem with wheel speed sensor but with the description of when they came on, it doesn't sound to be a problem with sensors. I would try the other things first and drive it for awhile. If the lights don't go off, then look into other reasons for the lights being on.
