Super easy to adjust. Two bolts and 5 minutes of your time. Up in the Write-ups area, there is an index up top. In the steering section, there is a link to a Basic Do It Yourself Alignment writeup.

Yep. Just need to adjust the drag link to recenter the steering wheel. The computer in your JK is reading the input from the steering wheel and deciding that you are turning even though you are going straight.
Very common occurrence.
May take a while for the computer to catch up, so be patient on your next drive just in case it doesn't turn off immediately. And if that doesn't work for whatever reason, post up again.
Just noticed the Procal comment. When you plug it in, go to the front and you will see one turn signal on. Loosen the bolts and twist the turnbuckle until both signals are on. Then if you look at the steering wheel again, you should see that it is centered. (this is just a more accurate way of centering, since it shows when the 'computer' thinks it is centered.)
