The pictures aren't of my Jeep, but same issue. In the first picture you can see where the wires come out of the box and into the grill. The picture is after it was fixed, but prior to the fix the box sits back a couple inches further and the wires can't fit in front of the grill. Picture two shows one option to fix it, which is what I did. Fab up a bracket to mount the box forward a few inches.

Same issue here with the wires pushing into the grill. I relocated the control box under the hood and installed a wireless controller. It's performed good every time I've had to use it. Engo EPF10000S
