Ok guys and gals. Got two leads on motors. Both are seized. One is motor and trans (trans is good) but motor seized with 30k miles 450$. Other is motor only 62k miles and 250$ Mine has 137k miles and runs but, looking at a rebuild of one of these options for "just in case" purposes.

which motor would you go with?
has anyone done a rebuild? if so, how much of a pain in the ass is it?
