Yeah that's definently what it looks like to me bud. Is your jeep still under warranty? If not let me know and I'll ship ya these extra lines I have...they're just collecting dust. Or you could take the opportunity to upgrade to an aftermarket cooler and lines and not worry about it!

I took my jeep to the dealership about an hour and 1/2 ago I should hear back from them soon.

The dealership called me and said that they are replacing the power steering lines and it will be done tomorrow so I guess the leak was coming from there the whole time,
thank you everyone who helped me out.
