Replace stock Trackbar Bushings!
HAHAHA
Ya... I attempted to do this with those bushings from Quadratec, and they do NOT fit into our Trackbars. You are much better off finding a new or slightly used trackbar for $25 off CL.
My father and I spent all night trying to get those damn bushings and sleeve into my original stock trackbar. If you look closely, you will see there ain't no way in hell they're going to fit.
My father's had to make his own bushings for several of his older Jeeps and we tried freezing and squeezing with a vice, then we tried melting and using a vice, and tried cutting them down to squeeze in there. They won't work.
Who knows, maybe there is a set of replacements out there for the trackbars, but I have yet to find one that works for our JKs.
Good Luck replacing it though.

Energy Bushings
I'm a little late, but I got the rear track bar Energy Bushing's from Quadratec and they went in fine. Measured the front and thought they were the same

Front track bar
I know this is an old thread but i just ordered a set for my front and rear track bar. Anyone change the front track bar bushings out? Any suggestions or tips for install? The back track bar bushings look straight forward because they are two pieces, but the front is solid one piece. Was thinking of using a ball joint press.
