I bought a full NOAH cover, and a black parachute bag from the army surplus store...when i think it might rain I toss it in the back

I also got a spiderweb shade that I love for the sun, might provide a little shelter when it sprinkles

there are all sorts of trail covers and the like that Im sure are a little smaller that the NOAH...I got the NOAH so I can feel fine about leaving the top of for several days despite the weather (PA rain, humid, sun if we are lucky)

I looked into the mopar on, but you have to take the hardtop off to put it on. So it really wouldnt be very good for emergencies. I really am not sure if the Bestop will work or not sice it has to go around the sound bar.

I look forward to your experiment.
Ok, I got home really late last night so I haven't done it yet. Going out to do it right now. Just wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten!

Well, I ended up going out and noticed right away some issues with clearance the the roll bar and freedom tops meet. But, it's not an impossible idea. Not sure if I regular bikini top would be able to strap onto the bar with these clearances, but some type of mod wouldn't be hard. Perhaps you could have some hooks in place for it to hook too, or strong magnets with a thing layer of felt? I'm sure it can be done.
