I'm not sure what the problem could be with a 2.5" lift. It should be a straight forward lift no matter who it's from. I mean 2.5" isn't really changing much. What I'm saying is, I put a 3.25" RC lift. It did not come with adjustable anything. The lift was installed last may and I have wheeled it. I have gone out with Jen(toad) and have nothing but a good time. The only thing I noticed I need was longer bump stops. But other that that, I'm good to go. Like I said, I think we just over think these smaller lifts. Just my two cents.

I just installed my OME LT kit this weekend. I have not had a chance to wheel it, but on road it rides better than stock and everything feels tight in the steering.

I went back and forth as you did. In the end, you'll like the kit you get.

Thank you all for your responses! After long and hard study of the subject, and lots of questions answered by both manufacturers, I have made a decision......
Now starts the waiting, but in two weeks, I should have all of the components together to put on my Rock Krawler Max Travel lift.

Thank you to Bustabizz for his help and a smokin' deal!

Hey Planman

If you are heading to EJS 2011, lets do some wheeling!

We should have our stackable bump stops out soon for the front and rear! We sell the bump stops ala cart since so many people use various lift height, wheel/tire, and fender combinations. If you buy "generic" then you get "generic" and they may or may not be tailored to your build...
