I would assume not unless you plan on not having a hood on the JK and you have all of the spare parts lying around for an intercooler, and a custom made drivebelt w/appropriate sized blower pulley...Which I do not think exist for the 3.8L JK.
IF you did then you would need to worry about adapting it to the upper intake manifold and modifying the EGR valve tube....
The closest thing available to a comparison Eaton M90 is the Avenger supercharger kit...and it's nowhere near $400.avengersuperchargers.com[/url]

It will def take ALOT more than $400. Eaton have a nick name. The Heaton, because they make alot of hot air and need to have an air to water intercooler to be efficient. On top of that you would need some way to upgrade the maf, the injectors, the fuel pump, the tune in the pcm, and find a way to drive the blower itself w/o stressing the crank snout. And also a boost bypass valve so you can control when boost comes on, though the M90 should have that on it.

Would you please replace the first five letters of your screen name with I G N O R. It'll be a bit more accurate. lol
Seriously though, you weren't serious were you? A supercharger doesn't just bolt up like a CAI, with nothing else needed.
