Default Eaton M90 Super Charger

Can this be modified to fit the JK? If so I like the 400 price tag over the 3500 pricetag of the RIPP.

I don't think you will get a M90 to work on your JK for $400. You might find a used supercharger for that, but getting it to work with your 3.8 will be a different story.

If it's > .eaton.com/ecm/groups/public/@pub/@eaton/@per/documents/content/ct_167919.jpg"]http://www.eaton.com/ecm/groups/public/@pub/@eaton/@per/documents/content/ct_167919.jpg one of those models (A9448-A9450)

I would assume not unless you plan on not having a hood on the JK and you have all of the spare parts lying around for an intercooler, and a custom made drivebelt w/appropriate sized blower pulley...Which I do not think exist for the 3.8L JK.

IF you did then you would need to worry about adapting it to the upper intake manifold and modifying the EGR valve tube....

The closest thing available to a comparison Eaton M90 is the Avenger supercharger kit...and it's nowhere near $400.avengersuperchargers.com

It will def take ALOT more than $400. Eaton have a nick name. The Heaton, because they make alot of hot air and need to have an air to water intercooler to be efficient. On top of that you would need some way to upgrade the maf, the injectors, the fuel pump, the tune in the pcm, and find a way to drive the blower itself w/o stressing the crank snout. And also a boost bypass valve so you can control when boost comes on, though the M90 should have that on it.

Would you please replace the first five letters of your screen name with I G N O R. It'll be a bit more accurate. lol

Seriously though, you weren't serious were you? A supercharger doesn't just bolt up like a CAI, with nothing else needed.

Maybe he just wanted to duck-tape the blower on to the hood...Would add AT LEAST 50hp...some cool flames would add another 10

Stack 4 of them on top of each other for the still low low price of only 1600 bucks and have a quad charger! Seriously though, 3500 for a full bolt on kit isn't bad at all.
