Default E3 Spark Plugs with rippmods SC

hi guys, ive been hearing good things, about the E3 sparkplugs, and i have about 20,000kms on my Supercharger, the reason i want to order is that im ordering some parts from summitracing, and thought id add these plugs to my list, my question is that i know that the SC requires colder plugs, so would the E3 plugs cause permature detonation? or ping in timing?

The NGK iridium spark plugs we supply are the best. and tested for 100k miles.

I would highly recommend not using that e3 thing.

Do you suggest replacing the wires as well?

depending on millage, the wires should be OK
just a note the gap has to be dropped on the iridium spark plug to .32

Thanks.........the reason I ask is because some guys have reported that the OEM wires went to shit in as little as 30k. I also want to know if a good wire upgrade is worth the money in performance? I notice they ain't cheap... lol

We haven't seen any bad wires yet - but its plausible - Wires and fancy plugs in our experience come and go. Every years there's a new all improved plug that delivers wonders and wires made of space age material. Every time we hit the dyno with it we see nothing. Case in point we just installed 16 E3's in a SRT8 dyno'd it before and after and saw the same 335whp we started with. As for gas mileage and/or throttle response the client will have to attest to that.

The NGK Iridium's are $11-15 each and what we consider the best overall plug, in both material and temp. The only thing we would replace it with is either a fresh set or iridium's or a NGK V Power with a copper core. These are standard plugs with our Mitsubishi line of superchargers, they work well, but have to be changed once a year. We optioned out the iridium because they will last longer. If you consider that you've relied on us for power, we wanted to make sure we didn't over look any part that could cause an issue when your out in the middle of nowhere
