Spun is a bit quieter compared to the welded. The welded P/N is 17230. Same body Diameter (6") A little overall longer 21" vs 20" .

my concern also. Now the muffler is right in the center so if I get high centered, I'm going to be crushing the muffler. Does anyone make a skid plate to cover this area? Everything I see stops at the transfer case.

I've got my new Dynomax (#17263) installed and I like the sound. It's very similar to the Borla ProXS I replaced but slightly louder and maybe a little deeper tone. It does hang about 1.5" below the body frame so I hope I don't crush it on the first rock I come down on. I can say my accelleration does seem smoother now, and I like that a lot! I don't hear or feel it bog down going from first to second gear like I used to.

So far, I give it a big

P.S.
There wasn't a Dynomax sticker in the box. Any chance I can get one?

17263 is the P/N for the muffler. What's the clamp number? I currently have a 2 1/2" exhaust installed and just want to swap this system in. Any help would be great.

Look to a 2.5" clamp like our Mega Clamp P/N 33226

Default Hey Dynomax Team, couple of questions.

I was trying to figure out if the Welded Round muffler 17230 is included in your current promotion: "Steel Deal" where you're offering a $25 Visa card.

And also, the form mentions you can't take part in the promo if you buy from eBay specifically, but what about Amazon.com? Can one purchase from amazon and still get the promotion?

Thank you!!!
