Performance both are comparable.
Similar flow.
A lot of the muscle//hot rod crowd use the fully welded style.
The P/N 17263 is a perfect fit for a JK.
Awesome. That's perfectly what I wanted to hear. Thank you very much.

Just ordered the Dynomax 17263. Estimated delivery with 2-day shipping is next Monday. Wish I would have ordered it earlier today so it'd get here on Saturday and I'd install it on Sunday. But it looks like I might have to wait till late next week to install.

What additional parts/equipment are needed to make the 17263 complete?

I bought from Amazon. I've got a free trial of Prime so I got free shipping at the $73 price.

Here is one thing to consider in this project.
Muffler $75.00 or so
Clamp $10.00 or so
If you use our hanger we use (P/N 36517) $15.00ISH
Your time cutting/fitting hourish
It MIGHT be beneficial to just look at the Evolution Competition System from a price point....

So if I use my existing pipe (4 door) and tip with the muffler all I should need to purchase is two additional band clamps? Or do I need some new pipe hangers and will the need to be welded?

Sorry for all the questions. I have never done anything with an exhaust. This JK is making me try all sorts of new stuff

I think I got it figured out what all it need. Muffler, 2 clamps, hanger and existing pipe.

Thanks for the info. And please correct if I am wrong. Also some great JK pics on your FB page.
