Default Dynatrac unlimted 44 help

Recently installed my prorock 44 unlimited. Now I am running only a 2.25" lift on it. I have all stock control arms currently and when I was done installing the axle, I noticed my passenger side spring was bowing in the middle towards the back. I've called dynatrac and my distributor and they both state I need adjustable upper control arms to correct this. I've purchased upper arms but I'm a confused as to why the passenger side is perfect seated up and down but the passenger side has the bow. Any help??

Its because of the orientation of the coil. Notice the left and right end of the coil is on different sides. The drivers side coil has the end set to the rear adding more support from it bowing rearward. The pics dont look all that bad honestly, i would be more concerned with caster/pinion angles. I dont know the arm lengths required but anything less then stock will bow the coil further.

If you have an unlimited version, then you've gone from 6 degrees of separation to 10 degrees of separation between caster axis and pinion axis. Perhaps that is why your coils now bow. The unlimited is designed for lifted jeeps. (EDIT - jeeps lifted more than what you have)

That has nothing to do with the coil perches. The added caster is incorporated into the axle c not any of the brackets welded on the axle. So his cool shouldnt be bowing. Speaking of brackets I remember seeing a thread from a while back about a guy that had this same issue. He went back and forth with dynatrac to come to the conclusion control arm brackets were not welded on correctly

Adjustable control arms did it. Both springs sit straight up and down now. Thanks for all the input

Good to hear! Get some longer sway bar links for that rig. First time Ive seen stock links with a pro rock unlimited lol.

Curious to why you upgraded the housing also...
