I have had them on for 2 1/2 years and have never had a problem with them.
Worked great in Moab during EJS, handled everything I could through at them.
Nice and quiet on the street.

Thumbs up Just got mine saturday!

I was finally able to replace my tiny 225/75/16s!

I had to settle for 265s since I'm keeping the stock steelies and they were the largest tire Discount Tire would mount on them. Love the Duratracs so far, makes my Jeep look like real Jeep now

I plan on studding them and using them as my next set of winter tires. I haven't heard anything about the Duratracs' longevity yet, but I'm assuming that since they're winter rated they're made of a softer rubber compound and would wear quicker in the hot summer. I like my Hankook Dynapro MT's as my summer tire so far. I like having different sets for the seasons, though.

Been happy with mine so far, only thing really left to be seen is how long they last. I got an outstanding 45k out of my toyo mt's and they still had life in them but they were not good road tires. I will NEVER buy bfg at's again. Have had three sets and currently have some on my truck and I hate them.

I thought they would be nice for an overland/expedition build which is why I am considering them (currently running the Mts that come stock on the Rubicon). A lot of our travel is road and dirt and not so much mud as my favorite places are Mexico and Moab....well next to Thailand but I don't drive my Jeep over there.

I meant to ask if anyone knew how much they weighed??

I hate the name and the stupid little barb wire pattern along the edge, but, I love the way the tread looks. It's the same pattern as the Duratrac but with wider spacing between the tread. It was originally a Goodyear tire then it was sold to Dunlop and Kelly, both of which are owned by Goodyear. The cheapest I have found them was $222 plus shipping for 35x12.5x17's, the next step down in 17's is a 285. These are on my shopping list and will be my next tire.

I can't speak of the duratracs on the JK but I did put a set of 285/70/17s on my silverado and they completely changed the look of the turck. Rode and handled great in all conditions. Not sure about the wear and longevity as I only had them on my silverado 4 months before I moved her to get my 4dr JK! I know the BFG AT has a good track record for lasting "a life time". My brother had them on his 95 wrangler and they seemed to have been on there for years.

Personally I think if the duratrac can prove to wear and last then IMO it is the superior looking and functioning AT tire on the market. I hope to be getting another set of the 285/70/17's durtracs for my 4dr JK in the near future.

*Still deciding on how much lift (1.5, 2, or 2.5) I want to run with my 33's.
