I love how he just casually tosses the tow strap out the window.. id just be sitting there freaking out and probally screaming lol

It's for eating up the precious little space in my garage. Which is why I didn't get one.

I always thought the reason for a stinger was so if you rolled sideways you had a better chance of being able to drive away if the radiator stayed in tact.... I can see there are other advantages after watching that video....

They are designed to prevent pitch-poling (going end over end) when descending a steep grade.

All I have to say about this issue is that ALL of you have it wrong!

It's primary use is for hauling elk off a mountain.

Yes, it was a dark drive down that mountain, with hand-held flashlights held out the window to light the way.
