I was getting ready to do the lockers and gears for my jeep. I was going to go to 4.10's and I know the front needs a locker on the front but dose my dana 44 rear have a locker from the factory? its not a rubi. So I wanting to know if I need lockers for my front and rear?

If it isn't a rubicon then no you won't have a locker in the rear. You might want to consider 4.88 gears if you plan on going with a 35 inch tire. Also you might have to change the carrier in the front.

Yeah you probably want 4.88 gears to get it back to stock.

I already have 35's and people told me go to 5.13's but i think that is a little high. 4.88 work out good? thanks for the help.

Most people will say go ARB I think. The 5.13 vs 4.88 is kinda up in the air. If you do a lot of highway driving go 4.88. Otherwise 5.13 would be great for offroad.

wasn't there a rear locker option in '07? I think they're might have been. regardless, if you don't have a switch labelled "axle lock" on the dash down by the esp switch, then you don't have a factory locker.

What is your budget for lockers?

Post 7 in this one is a good place to start

And try plugging your VIN in here. If you are in the system, it will show if you have a factory limited in the rear.

They aren't the greatest option, but depending on your needs, it may be sufficient.
