Default dual valve stems on new beadlocks

Just got a new set of beadlocks and noticed that they have dual valve stems.(one threaded and one pull-thru). Being a newbie,im not sure what the threaded one is for and found the stem nearly impossible to thread in without cross-threading it.what would be the best way to plug that threaded hole (now stripped out)and what was its purpose to begin with?BTW,manufacturer drilled and tapped hole on a curved surface, just asking for expensive mistake.

Was probably for monster valves for quick air down.
