Not necessarily. With a 4" lift or more just using an adjustable track bar will bot bring you steering components in to alignment. The steering needs to be as parallel as possible to resemble the stock set up to prevent bump steer.

Another question:

You can either drop the track bar bracket at the frame OR raise it at the axle right? any pros or cons to the way(s) to do this?????????

I believe the frame mounted brackets have better support for the track bar. Most of the axle mounted brackets simply apply more leverage to the OEM bracket increasing the likely hood of failure.

Some ( NO BRAND NAMES MENTIONED OR IMPLIED ) say that thier lifts are "complete" and include everything that is needed for a lift of the advertised height.......BUT they ASSUME you are gonna run heavy bumpers and a winch and a 35" spare so you have to re-engineer the 'COMPLETE' lift because it gives you more lift than you wanted thus resulting in greater drag link and track bar angles which equal bumpsteer and shoddy handling.

I drove my JK with just a adj TB in front for 12,000 miles. I did not have a drop pitman or the flip draglink kit then. Later I added the #1600440 flip drag link/tb drop bracket brace kit to my JK. Give me a call if you have any questions.

I think WOL already answered this, but can you run a drop pitman arm with an adjustable trackbar without the need for a bracket to drop the trackbar down or is it recommended to drop both the pitman arm and the trackbar at the same time?

The idea is to keep the drag link, and track bar parallel to each other, and as horizontal to the axle as possible right?

Would this bracket work well in conjunction with the Skyjacker drop pitman arm? http://www.quadratec.com/products/16191_9006.htm

So, even though there's been an explosion of questions, here's one more...

I will soon be installing my 4" Superlift with the Adj track bar and running 35s with Rustys front lower arms and upper rears.
I drive it alot as a daily driver and really dont want issues with wobble or shakes...So, will I need the drop pitman arm and a trac bar bracket? Or will it be fine as is for a while?

Well IMO i do not like drop pitman arms.. The leverage they put on the gear because they drop so much, is not a good thing to me. I have the TF drag link flip kit and prefer it WAY more.
I also have the TF HD Front TB w/ the JKS Track bar brace which also raises the TB axle mount hole a few inches higher. I have NO problem w/ bump steer or anything associated w/ that. I ran the Brace before the flip kit and did have a bump steer issue. The Drag link flip kit fixed that.

I know if you buy the TF drag link flip/TB drop kit it kills both issues in one kit
