So in addition to the trackbar to recenter, I should replace the CAs with adjustable CAs to rotate the axels which will give be the best pinion angle?
I really rather replace then tear them apart, atleast until I have the replacements . . .

On Tom Woods website, look at Geometry 101 in the Tech Info area to see why you need to tilt your axles with the new shafts.

Stock Driveshafts: The axle pinion and tcase output need to be roughly parallel.
Aftermarket Driveshafts: The axle pinion needs to point up at the tcase output.
Regarding the front axle - when you point the pinion up at the tcase, you get some issues with the caster and pinion angles. So for the front, you have to find a happy medium between caster (flighty handling) and pinion angle (drivetrain vibrations).
