Default Drive shaft compatibility

Does anyone know if a front stock driveshaft on a 2012 jku is compatible with a 2009 jku? I need a new one and found a takeoff that fits the budget.

I'm not 100% certain, but they should be if they're both auto or both manual.

Measure yours and post the numbers.
Ask someone with a 2012 to do the same with theirs.

There is a possibility they will be different due to the different engine/transmission packages from 2009 to 2012.
