Yes it means your rims may not be square on the hubs. Notice I said may. All spacers mnfg should have that in their instructions I know spidertrax does.

Yes. The wheel is not mounted properly (flush) against the rotor

The wobble got worse. Meaning, this is not the 'only' thing that is going on.

In addition to removing the wheel stud retaining clips, you really should diagnose the issue and try to figure out what else is loose or worn out. Sure beats throwing money at part after part and hoping you eventually pick the right one...
