Default Drag Link Flip with 3" lift

I am right at 3" of lift. Is there a benefit from adding the flip kit?
How hard is it to drill the knuckle nice and straight?

Thank you,

Brent

Bumpsteer problems ?

3" is the absolute min because you need 3" bumpstop or the drag link will contact the frame.

I'm running a 3" lift and did the drag link flip kit no issues. Just make sure you're running a an adjustable track bar mount as well.

I have 2" bumpstops and at full stuff clear it easy with 35s... With 35s or 37s and cut fenders you should rub before hitting the frame... On smaller tires you may have issues...

I'm running the TF speed bumps up front and haven't had any clearance issues or binding issues. I couldn't tell you how much clearance I have but I do wheel pretty hard

He didn't mean tire stuff. With high steer the drag link and/or trackbar/bracket will hit the fame with any less than 3" bump unless you notch the frame.

As stated by most here a 3" front bump stop is the minimum you will need to run to keep the drag link from contacting the frame. Drilling out the knuckle is not hard at all. You will want to make sure that you are relocating the track bar mount on the axle as well when doing the drag link flip to ensure that your track bar/drag link angles are correct.
