Does ANYONE make Grease-able lower ball joints for JK BESIDES Dynatrac?
Hello!
I have been trying to find greasable lower ball joints to replace the junk Mopar one's (mine failed around 15k)
I have most certainly been searching for them; in fact i did created a ball joint write up to help others with the same issues. (seems like MANY JK owners have had lousy luck with their ball joints)
Here's the writeup i did:
https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...Joint-Write-Up
So; the $20,000 question: Do any of YOU know of lower ball joints for the JK that are greasable that are NOT the $300/pair Dynatracs?
If you look at my writeup, you will see that there are several choices for greaseable uppers (Raybestos, Napa, Dynatrac), but haven't found any greaseable lowers! If you know of any, i will update the ball joint writeup and save many people a LOT of time looking!
THANKS so much!

Grease-able ball lower ball joints for the JK!
So here's a thought/question; it appears that the Moog ball joint on Checker auto parts website ALSO fits a ton of other applications, including jeep cherokee, grand cherokee and various Dodge trucks....
Can anyone confirm that this is the case or not? If so, then finding a grease-able ball joint for one of these other applications should work for our JK's, no?
Hard to believe that the manufacturers changed the design so much for the JK 30 and 44 front axles from the same design that's been used for years???
Thoughts?

I've been researching this stuff the past day or two, and from what I can tell, the Moog K3134T upper, and the K3185 lower, both problem solvers, are normal, non offset, greasable ball joints. The Moog K100056 problem solver is a 0.5 degree offset +/- upper. Raybestos now makes 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 degree offset +/- uppers, which appear to be greasable (in the pictures, anyway), and are part numbers 615-4000, 615-4001, 615-4002, and 615-4003, respectively. They make a 1.75 degree lower, also, part number 615-4012. Rock Auto online, referred to earlier in this thread, seems to have the best prices.
