Actually I hate drama, its just that the solutions provided arent the best option for me and this is a bit complicated.

The solutions provided to you, namely, fix your off centered steering wheel will literally take 10 minutes. In the time you've made all the posts asking how to disable it completely you could've gone outside and fixed the issue completely.

The easiest thing to do if you want it off all the time is remove fuse J6. It is the ABS pump fuse and that will disable ESP completely. You will have the Traction Control Light and ABS light on your dash. If you want to turn it back on just plug the fuse back in.

Pulling the fuse will kill your speedo and the odometer will stop reading milage. Great way to cheat with the odometer

No it won't. I have done this and it all reads correct. Fuse j6 does not effect speedometer or odometer.

Jeez almighty. Just center the steering wheel and be done with it. You dont have to shut off the system, its working as intended. It thinks you are in a skid because your wheel isnt straight.

I worked on the steering today, its dead centered and the eps is still coming on every turn. I'm going to pull that fuse for now. I'm really disappointed in the dumbasses at Jeep for even including this with no option to turn it off. FAIL.

I don't want to sound crazy but have you considered taking it to the dealership to have them make sure the system is operating incorrectly?

Jeep does not allow a complete shut down on the system for liability reasons.
