FYI/ side note I foundt this site and the deals on Ebay are great for this product. I do not have one but I'm searching now for more info.

No.. You need a lock, not a zip tie. THEN it will work!

Also, if it is not bolted down, it will work for someone else and not you (for long)...

Does it go "clankety-clank" on the trails??
