Default Do I Need a Programmer?

I'm looking to get the same drive as my stock JK with all my mods will I need a Programmer to Keep power and top end speed? I dont want to have to be in gear 6 to go 60mph.

I have a 4.5" RE Lift with 5.13 Gear Ratio and 37" M/T's on 17" rims.

if you have 5:13's there should be no need for a programmer to keep power. as far as top end speed it wont do anything for you.
