Default disconnecting rear sway bar got out of control

Ok so this is what happened lol I love sharing Jeep info from here to other fellow jeepers. And let me tell you it got out of hand lol. I took a picture screen picture (do I didn't have to type it over) and post it on fb and well you must look and the pictures and read along. I'M SO LOST...

I've actually put quick disco's on my rear sway bar links, and disconnecting does help on RTI and flexing. Dunno about disconnecting the shoks, mabe that's not alowed on RTI events? Will never do it though!!!!

Hey buddy I didn't know this was you. Are you going to try this out today? I'm curious to know how it goes. I've heard that it helps but some say you lose stability in rollover scenarios. Other swear by it. I personally think that it'd be better to disconnect both but I also have limited off road experience just going on my mechanical knowledge of how things work.
