I went with Solid. Front needed more grinding than rear. Super beefy.
For those who say the stock is fine, you're wrong. If you leave the stock on there without a skid or some other protection, you will end up peeling back the cover. If you don't play in the rocks, this mod may not be the most important thing you do.

Heck, I dinged my rear up when I was pulling a F-150 out of the mud by backing into a tree stump. It looked ok, then later on the trail the Ford driver came on the CB, "I think your diff is leaking fluid". Sure enough, a steady drip out the bottom.
