Only quote I ever got was from High Country. $2300 for the parts and install. I still may go that route... but I also may hold off till December when I head back east and can do it for half the cost.

Gabe (G520) knows someone who can do it for cheaper, if memory serves me correctly.

I got a quote from offroad ltd. on colfax and 225 for gears and lockers front and rear installed 3300 and that was with detroit lockers. I know it is expensive I would like to try it myself but even being a mechanic for 15 years Ive always worked in import dealerships and all we do is replace assemblies no rebuilds like american shops. My wife works for a dodge dealer and Im hoping I can talk one of her techs to do it for me cheap.

Lowest quote for re-gear I got was: parts and labor $1650 + tax...there has got to be some place cheaper!!

I see other places like Off Road EVO in So Cal doing it for like $999...

The gears are going to run you around $250+ per axle, depending on what you get, what ratio you are going for, and who you source the parts from.
Another variable to consider is the use of an install/overhaul kit. That can cost you $150 or more per axle.
Then you have the labor.

Off Road Evolution is doing a special for $999.99 plus tax. That is an homage to their prices 3 years ago. That isn't their usual price. The market has changed since then, obviously.
