Default DEATH WOBBLE after lifting!!!

I installed the TF 2.5 spring lift this weekend. It was pretty straight forward. I thought I was good to go.

Now, I get Death Wobble anytime I attempt to drive over 30 mph! I've tried adjusting the steering. I've tried loosening all the control arm bolts, removing the track bars, and bouncing the front and rear (and rocking the jeep). I've taken it in for a realignment.

I still have DW. I am still stuck driving around under 30 mph.

i'm stumped. any thoughts?

did you torque the track bar to around 125 -130 foot pounds
I went over mine and re torqued everything after the install and then again after 200 miles
the drivers side has a nut on the backside that needs to be held while tightening the bolt.....just sayin'

Did you torque everything to spec? Some or those high torques are hard to do, but are a must. Sucks you are having issues, mine went on w/o a hitch, I added nothing to the kit.

Did you torque the trackbar down when the JK was back on it's wheels or in the air?

Spacers won't help with death wobble... The more you drive the more parts you will damage.... It's a huge rats nest of issues it could be 1 of 10... But each time you experience it... It can damage another component that will add to the problem... It's like a trick birthday candle. Best of luck... Keep at you'll find it.

If everything is tight to spec and u still have wobble issues check your castor. I had death wobble until I bumped my castor up to +5.5

even though you think you got it all tight, go back and retorque everything you touched, you might be supprised to find you missed one.

I torqued everything once it was back on the ground...

I'm sure it's something I did/didn't do. the TF 2.5 spring lift has been installed by so many people and seems bomb-proof.

The only thing I can think to do is to put it back on jackstands, take everything off and put it back on again. it just feels like i'm throwing punches in the dark. frustrating.

plus, i'm supposed to drive down to georgia next weekend so i NEED this fixed!
