Weights can fall off or mud can cake up inside the wheel and mess with balancing. If you recently rotated, you may have moved a tire that wasnt 100% on to the front end. Tread can chunk so check for missing tread from the tires.

after spending some time welding under the jeep last night i noticed there seems to be some strain on my lower control arms, (ie bent). I know they are suppose to be bent slightly stock but there are bumps on the angle & seems the metal is warped out of place, probly from all the violent shaking
This is just plain pissing me off now

Thanks for the input, hopefully my new tires will help.
Its got 33K miles so once im back home agin im going to check the ball joints. Any problem trying to get these replaced under warranty after such modifications?
I only bought my jeep a month ago, cant even enjoy it yet
